Acceptable Use

1. Consent Is Required

You may only send outreach to recipients who have a reasonable basis to expect it: existing customers, opted-in audiences, or contacts in authorized communities where your participation is welcome. Unsolicited bulk commercial messaging — spam in any jurisdiction's definition — is prohibited.

Every commercial message must include a working opt-out mechanism (reply STOP or an opt-out link), and you must honor opt-outs promptly. The Service maintains suppression lists for withdrawn consent; circumventing them is a violation of this policy.

2. Platform Rules Are Your Responsibility

You — not AutoPROMO — are responsible for complying with the terms, automation rules, and rate limits of X (Twitter) and Telegram, including the X Developer Agreement and the Telegram API Terms of Service. Automated actions that violate platform rules can lead to restricted, suspended, or banned accounts; that risk and its consequences are yours.

Use conservative pacing, dedicated proxies per profile, and human review of AI-generated content. The Service's safety gates and defaults assist compliance but do not guarantee any outcome with any platform.

3. Prohibited Uses

  • Fraud, scams, phishing, credential theft, impersonation, or deceptive promotion.
  • Harassment, hate, threats, or targeting of protected characteristics.
  • Malware distribution or attempts to exploit, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, list scraping for resale, or evading platform spam enforcement.
  • Any unlawful activity, sanctions evasion, or messaging on behalf of sanctioned parties.
  • Use by or for anyone under 18 years of age.

4. Enforcement

Violations may result in license suspension or revocation without refund, in addition to any legal remedies. We investigate abuse reports sent to contact@autopromo.xyz; include message samples, timestamps, and wallet or license identifiers where available.
