1. Overview

AutoPROMO ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our workflow suite.

2. Information Collection

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account Information: Email address and license key verification data.
  • Payment Records: Wallet address, transaction hash, network, token, confirmation count, license-delivery timestamp, and checkout terms acceptance.
  • Configuration Data: Workflow settings, license state, and security configuration — stored in the encrypted local file store on your machine, optionally synced to a Supabase project you control.
  • Platform Credentials: Encrypted tokens or session data for X and Telegram. These never leave your device: the license server only ever sees your wallet address, transaction hash, and (optionally) email — never your session cookies or API keys.
  • AI Interaction: Prompt data sent to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Gemini) as part of response generation.

3. How We Use Information

Your data is used to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
  • Verify license status and prevent abuse.
  • Facilitate AI-driven content generation based on your inputs.
  • Communicate with you regarding updates or support requests.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

  • AI Providers: To process approved prompts only when you explicitly configure provider access.
  • Privy: For secure authentication (email and wallet login).
  • Legal Authorities: If required by law or to protect our rights.

5. GDPR & Your Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, export, or delete your personal data. You can perform these actions directly through the GDPR Dashboard within the application or by contacting us.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including encryption and secure communication protocols, to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Cookies & Analytics

Our website asks for your consent before any tracking runs. If you accept, we use PostHog (product analytics, cookie-based) and Vercel Analytics (anonymous usage measurement, no cookies) to understand traffic and improve the Service. If you decline, no tracking of any kind runs. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's local storage key cookie-consent and reloading — the banner will reappear.

Separately, our documentation portal loads styling and search libraries from the jsDelivr CDN and fonts from Google Fonts, which receive standard technical request data (IP address, user agent) under those providers' own policies.
