By accessing and using AutoPROMO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this software.
AutoPROMO provides automation tools for X (formerly Twitter) and Telegram, incorporating AI-driven response generation. The Service is provided as-is, and availability may vary based on platform stability and third-party API changes.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their license keys and account credentials. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful activities, fraud, scams, harassment, impersonation, platform abuse, or any activity that violates the community guidelines of X or Telegram.
Acceptable Use: Deceptive promotion, credential theft, malware distribution, and attempts to exploit or disrupt the Service's infrastructure are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring your proxy and outreach strategies comply with local laws.
AutoPROMO sells software access as a merchant. Crypto payments are accepted only for Premium license purchases and do not create a custodial, exchange, money-transmission, brokerage, or financial-advisory relationship.
Crypto payments are final and non-refundable once confirmed on-chain. Before payment, you must explicitly accept these Terms and warrant that you control the paying wallet, are not subject to sanctions, and are not located in a region where receiving the Service is prohibited.
We keep transaction hash, wallet, network, token, confirmation, license-delivery, and timestamp records for tax, accounting, customer support, and fraud-dispute purposes. We may refuse or revoke access if a payment is reversed by chain reorganization, cannot be verified, is reused for multiple licenses, or is connected to abuse of the Service.
AutoPROMO utilizes third-party AI models (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic). Users are bound by the respective Terms of Service of these providers. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may be imperfect and you are responsible for the output of your automation.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of AutoPROMO and its licensors.
In no event shall AutoPROMO be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
